Two Deployment Modes, One Swiss Foundation
HybridLLM offers two deployment modes, both designed to keep all data processing within Swiss jurisdiction:
Swiss-Hosted SaaS: A fully managed service running on Swiss infrastructure (Hidora cloud platform in Geneva). You access the platform via web interface, and all data processing, storage, and AI inference happens in Switzerland.
Enterprise Deployment: The platform runs in your own Swiss infrastructure (on-premises or your Swiss cloud provider). You control the entire stack while optionally using Swiss-hosted inference services.
Both modes use the same governance framework: RBAC, audit logs, knowledge bases, and workspace controls. The difference is where the infrastructure runs.
Swiss-Hosted SaaS: Managed Service
The SaaS deployment is ideal for organizations that want Swiss sovereignty without managing infrastructure:
All data stays in Switzerland: Documents, queries, and AI responses never leave Swiss servers.
Swiss-hosted open-source models: The default inference uses models like Qwen, Llama, and Apertus running in Swiss data centers.
Triple-redundant architecture: Built on Hidora's Swiss cloud infrastructure with automatic failover.
Included features: 30-day free trial, workspace management, RBAC, audit logs, knowledge bases, and optional web retrieval with anonymization.
Enterprise Deployment: Your Swiss Infrastructure
Enterprise deployment gives you full control over infrastructure while maintaining Swiss sovereignty:
Deploy in your Swiss data center or Swiss cloud provider of your choice.
Configure inference to use your own Swiss-hosted models or connect to Swiss-hosted inference services.
Customize authentication (SSO, SAML), integrations, and advanced features like optional public AI augmentation (under explicit enablement).
You control updates, scaling, and operational policies while Adopt-AI provides platform support and compliance guidance.
Governance Capabilities in Both Modes
Both deployment modes include:
Role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Member) to restrict data access by team and role.
Immutable audit logs tracking every query, document upload, and user action.
Knowledge bases with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for grounding AI answers in your documents.
Optional web retrieval with anonymization controls and workspace policy enforcement.
Workspace isolation to separate projects, clients, or business units.
Choosing the Right Deployment Mode
Choose SaaS if: You want Swiss sovereignty without infrastructure management, need to start quickly (30-day free trial), or have a small to medium team.
Choose Enterprise if: You have strict data residency requirements that mandate on-premises deployment, need SSO/SAML integration, require custom model configurations, or have large teams (50+ users).
Both modes are Swiss-only. The choice depends on your operational preferences and compliance requirements, not on data sovereignty.
