No data is transferred outside Switzerland for core operations.

No. HybridLLM never uses customer data — conversations, uploaded documents, knowledge base content, or queries — to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. This commitment is contractually binding and is included in all Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) provided with every subscription.

Yes. You can start with a single Pro seat at CHF 29.90/month. When you add a second seat, Team collaboration features — shared workspaces, shared knowledge bases, admin roles, and analytics — unlock automatically at CHF 49.90/seat/month.

Question 13

What happens to my data if I cancel HybridLLM?

Accepted Answer

You can export all your data before canceling. After cancellation, HybridLLM deletes all customer data within 30 days as required by Swiss data protection law. Immediate deletion can be requested. All deletion requests are logged and verifiable in the audit trail.

When should I choose the Enterprise plan?

Choose Enterprise if you need deployment in your own Swiss cloud or on-premises infrastructure, multi-workspace isolation for separate departments or clients, SSO/SAML integration with your identity provider, custom SLAs, or a dedicated customer success manager.
