Can I start with one seat and add more later?
Yes. Start with one Pro seat. When you add a second seat, Team collaboration features unlock automatically. You always pay CHF 29.90 per seat per month.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. No credit card required. You get 30 days with 1 seat to test the platform. After the trial, choose Pro to continue.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before canceling. After cancellation, we delete your data within 30 days per Swiss data protection law, unless you request immediate deletion.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes. We offer discounts for registered non-profits, NGOs, and educational institutions. Contact sales for verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, SEPA direct debit, and invoice (for annual contracts). Prices are in CHF excluding VAT.
